Our Privacy Policy

Access Abundance!™ Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy online. We hope the following information will help you understand how Access Abundance!™ collects, uses, and safeguards the personal information you provide on our web site. This Access Abundance!™ Privacy Policy is in effect for the entire Access Abundance!™ site.

The Information We Collect

Visiting the Access Abundance!™ web site does not require you to reveal any information about yourself. What we do gather is information that provides understanding on how our site is doing and thus how we can improve it for you.

IP addresses and domain names are logged to track a visitor’s session. This gives us an idea which parts of our site are visited and how much time is spent there. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a visitor’s session will be tracked, but the visitor will be anonymous. The visitor’s browser also lets us know the type of computer and operating system being used.

Sometimes, however, we ask you to voluntarily provide information about yourself. If you wish to enroll in Access Abundance!™ programs, sign up for a mailing list, or join our Affiliate Program,  you will be asked to provide your name, email address, postal address, and possibly additional information. Any time we ask for a credit card number, we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format using industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.

How We Use Collected Information

When we capture such information about your session or about you, we may use it for research or to improve our site and the services we offer you. We will ask you if you want us to use the information you provide to continue contact with you, either via email or postal mail. We will not contact you unless you give us specific permission to do so.

What cookies are and how we use them

Please note that Access Abundance!™ DOES use “cookies” for the functionality of the shopping cart program only. We also want to provide you with some details as to what cookies are.

A cookie is a small file containing your personal information that is placed on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Only that information which would be provided to us is included in the cookie, and cookies cannot take any additional information from your hard drive.

Cookies are placed in your browser for your convenience. By using cookies, web sites are able to recognize you when you revisit the site, and thus able to remember certain information about you, such as your preferences in the site. Many merchant systems use cookies to track shopping information as customers move throughout the shopping site. Note that many commerce systems encrypt all cookies, and they cannot be read by any other Web page.

Sharing of Information Policy

When you are at the Access Abundance!™ site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information only with Access Abundance!™ and its customary business partners, unless otherwise specifically stated.

The other circumstance under which Access Abundance!™ may disclose your personal information to another party is when, in good faith, we believe the law requires such a disclosure. We will share such information if we have reason to believe that the information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be either causing injury to, or interference with Access Abundance!™ rights or property, other Access Abundance!™ customers or affiliates, or anyone else accessing the web site.

Excluding the above exceptions, Access Abundance!™ will not share, give away, or sell your email or other contact information to any individual, organization, or mailing list for purposes of making a profit, for financial gain or for any other reason

Your Options Regarding Your Information

If you provide us with your email or postal address, or have done so in the past, we may use it to send you updates on the latest Access Abundance!™ products and promotions. These offers may be based on information you provided in your initial transaction with us or in surveys.
