What is The Flat Forehead Club?
Teresa Romain, our President & Founder, likes to tell people that The Flat Forehead Club is the second organization she founded in 1996 – right after she founded Access Abundance!™ Services International.
To understand how The Flat Forehead Club came into existence, it is important that you understand what led to the founding of Access Abundance!™ and how Teresa ended up being an "abundance coach" for people worldwide.
It's a question Teresa is often asked and one to which her response is always the same, i.e., "I became an 'abundance coach' through the quagmire of my own scarcity!"
Perhaps you've heard the expression that "people teach what they most need to learn"?
That's how it began for Teresa. Prior to the founding of Access Abundance!™ (and, of course, The Flat Forehead Club), Teresa had left her high-paying corporate sales position to venture into the world of entrepreneurship - initially through the industry of network marketing.
However, instead of experiencing the rapid growth and success she had expected, Teresa speaks of a different experience. She often tells people that "after one year of doing network marketing 'full time', the only thing that was growing rapidly was my debt - as well as my sense of fear, anxiety, denial, struggle, and deprivation. In other words, I had rapidly experienced a growing sense of scarcity - NOT abundance!"
It was this "quagmire" of scarcity and lack of results that finally motivated Teresa to begin to actively study principles of money management, prosperity, success, personal development and abundance. It was this process of learning and discovering new ways of thinking about and managing herself, her money, her time, her energy and her life (all 2-Degree Shifts, of course!) that resulted in Teresa's earliest "Flat Forehead Moments".
In many ways, a "Flat Forehead Moment" is like a "light bulb moment", i.e., when a light bulb goes on in your mind and you see something clearly that you hadn't seen before. Some people call these "AHA!" moments. They can be large or small. It's that moment of breakthrough and enlightenment - of seeing a new possibility - that we call a "Flat Forehead Moment".
Why call them "Flat Forehead Moments"?
For the simple reason that, when she had those early "AHA" moments, Teresa often felt like the characters in the old V8 ® Juice commercials who hit themselves against the forehead and said the now-famous line, "WOW! I could have had a V8!"
(In many respects, that's still how Teresa feels every time she has an "AHA!" moment.)
And so the ritual began. Every time she had an "AHA!" or "light bulb moment", Teresa hit herself on the forehead with the heel of her hand and said "WOW!" or "Oh my God!" This simple yet fun "ritual" quickly spread to the people Teresa began coaching and The Flat Forehead Club was born!
As a trainer and coach, Teresa's intention is to have all of the classes, workshops, books, tapes, and materials she creates and recommends generate a TON of "Flat Forehead Moments" for people – including YOU!
She understands the importance of each and every "Flat Forehead Moment" you have as you travel your Journey of Abundance. Each one represents a new possibility or opening for you to access greater levels of abundance, success, fulfillment and freedom in your business and/or your life.
